The unique Hoya Hindu Rope plant, Hoya carnosa compacta, is a draping succulent plant that produce clusters of star-shaped, waxy flowers. The thick, twisted, curly, cupped leaves of a Hindu Rope plant are why it’s often called Krinkle Kurl. Hindu rope plants can be found in solid green or with variegated leaves. This type of hoya plant is very easy to care for as long as you have plenty of light and are careful with your water.

Plant Care
Soil:
Use a well-aerated fast-draining potting soil for Hindu Rope. Add a little sand to the soil to loosen it up if the soil seems heavy.
Light:
All Hindu Rope plants, both green and variegated, grow best in very bright light.
Watering:
Hindu Rope plant, are succulents that need very little water. Water when the soil is almost dry. During the winter, water all varieties of hoya plants even less.

Unfortunately we have no control of your package once it has left our facility. If there are any problems during shipping, for example delay shipping or it is noted that the item has been delivered but it really hasn't, please ask for services on the link above. Also please do file a claim with USPS if your item was received damage ( do not forget evidence, take as much pictures as you can from the box and the plant). DO NOT WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW DO IT RIGHT AWAY!!

Shipping Address:
We are NOT responsible for any packages sent to a wrong address so please double check your shipping address when checking out.
Weather Damages:
We are NOT responsible for weather damages unless you did purchase a heat pack or cold pack at the time of your order. During colder or warmer months, we pack our plants with proper insulation, along with heat packs or cold pack as an option, for packages that will travel to cold or warm places. We recommend buying a heat pack or cold pack if the destination of the package’s temperature is 40 degrees Fahrenheit or above 80s respectively. No exceptions such as "I forgot!", "I did not know it will take you 5 days to ship", "I did not see there was one available" or etc...
After Care and 7-Day Replacement:
We are NOT responsible for any after care however we Do offer replacement if you contact us within the first 7 days of receiving your plant. Buyer is responsible to care after plants purchased from us. We won't be able to help after 7 days of plant being delivered, in any case. Please no excuses such as, "I have hundreds of plants and yours is the only one that died on me", "I'm a master in plants and I know it was not my fault", "I followed your care guide but plant is dying" or etc... We will just send you this policy.
Shipping Guarantee:
We offer a One-Time Free replacement if there is an error with USPS such as lost or delayed mail. We ask you to take pictures of the box, plant(s) and packaging to help us submit a USPS claim. For loss packages we ask you to wait at least 20 days to contact us, as we have seen some packages take that long to ship. We will need pictures. We will NOT replace your packages if you do not provide enough proof and pictures of the box, plants, and packaging.
What if you are unhappy with your plants?
You received your plant mail! Yay! You opened it with excitement only to find yourself unhappy with your plants’ conditions in the box. Let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Although we take great pride in our packing here at LilPinkLeaf, we are not immune to human error. We ask that you take pictures of the box and plant(s), with detailed information on why you feel the plant is not in proper conditions after shipping. With this information will do our best to help you and your plant. In any case that a return or refund is issued, a 20% restock may be deducted from the overall refund prior to issuance. We may request that the plant be shipped back to us, in which case, return shipping is NOT covered by us. Thank you for your understanding.

Unless noted, all photos are representative of the plant you will receive. While not the exact plant, they are all very similar though it might be smaller or bigger with more number of leaves or less.
Shipping Stress and Cosmetic Damages:
Please note, some leaf damage and plant stress should be expected, as these are live plants being shipped in a dark space and are subject to rough handling and sometimes extreme weather. We package with care to reduce as much risk as possible, but we cannot guarantee how the plant will handle the stress of shipping.
