I gave 3 stars because the tree finally arrived (3 weeks) and was alive. I ordered a macadamia tree from another Esty vendor on the same day as with Rift - I received that one in 5 days and it was way bigger, had new growth and double the root mass. It was more expensive but way bigger, healthier and customer service was excellent -and....accurate. I'm afraid customer service will always be an issue with Rift. Spend about 35% more for fast delivery and substantially larger/better young tree.

I received a box of dead plants. The box was too small for the plants. This customer gets 0 stars. There is not a zero rating option.
