I am updating my review - I did finally hear from the seller. She was out of the country and did not know of the 'Shop on vacation' feature to use and let customers she would be away for a period of time. My order has been refunded and I can not leave a bad review for this situation. When an interesting plant comes up for sales in this shop I would place an order again.
