It usually takes 1-4 days for us to prepare an order, but it can occasionally be delayed. We only ship Monday to Thursday, and your items may be delayed over the weekend or if there is a problem. Afterwards, it will ship to a location within 2-5 days. On average, orders take 4-7 days to arrive to the customer.

If your items come badly damaged or dead, please contact us so we can resolve the issues.
Ensure that :
- photographic proof of damage is provided
- you contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- The problem was not caused by your actions

Sometimes we can’t send replacements (such as if the item is out of stock)

The plants will be the same type and species as those in the pictures, however some things can change slightly.
However,
each individual plant is unique, and we cannot guarantee the exact same thing that was shown in the picture. Each plant has its own growth pattern, color, and blooms, depending on the seasons or weather it has been through.
Additionally, some products will be trimmed down a bit to hold up better throughout the shipping procedure.

It is not our responsibility if plants come damaged because of Frost or Freezing in your area

Many of our plants simply cannot survive freezing. If it is winter in your place and it is freezing, you should buy plants the next season.

Your order can be canceled anytime before it is shipped. Request a cancellation by contacting the shop. We can not always guarantee it. you will be charged a small fee to cover transaction charges.

We can create custom arrangements for you, with specific plants, looks, etc. Message us or select “request custom order.” Give us as many details as you can. We will respond, sometimes ask questions, and then give estimates and a picture. Once everything is agreed to, a custom listing will be created which you can purchase.
